About Duncan Insurance

Jeff Duncan is a graduate of Portage Central High School and has both his bachelors and masters degrees from Western Michigan University in Organizational Communications.  Prior to entering the insurance industry, Jeff owned a vending and food service company and a bottled water and office coffee company, both in the Kalamazoo area.  Jeff is licensed for Property and Casualty, Life, Health and Securities insurance.

Jeff wants his office to be known for their personal touch and special relationships with his clients.  He takes pride in making sure his clients have the correct amounts of coverage, and always takes the time to make sure they understand what each policy means. He wants to have a conversation with each client to make sure that their policy is tailored to fit them.

"I really enjoy getting to know our clients, finding out about what they like to do and what their dreams are, and assisting them in achieving those dreams.  With the variety of products we have for insuring our clients properly, as well as them personally, we are truly a one stop agency.  People know we have home and auto insurance, but we also have life and a huge variety of financial products to really protect our clients."

Jeff is married to Sheri and has two boys, Sawyer and Carver.  He is a member of the Portage Rotary Club.  He enjoys boating, golf, skiing, and history.
